How it works

Damp electrodes rest against the scalp and pass a weak, steady current between them. The current does not make brain cells fire. It leaves them a little readier to fire, across regions that handle pain perception and mood regulation. The app schedules sessions around the cycle and collects how pain and mood are running in between, adjusting the plan over months.
