1) About Senseable

Senseable is a consumer health-technology directory and editorial site covering devices that cmeasure or modulate human health.

The site is jointly published by DMB Productions and ZofHealth.

2) Editorial content and no professional advice

Everything on the site is provided as general information and opinion. Nothing on Senseable constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, legal advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional advice.

With few exceptions, consumer health devices are wellness products rather than diagnostic instruments. Do not use anything you read here to diagnose, treat, or disregard a health condition. If a device tells you something worrying, or something feels wrong regardless of what it says, speak to a doctor.

3) Accuracy and corrections

We take accuracy seriously and follow our EDITORIAL POLICY. Even so, product specifications, prices, firmware, and availability change constantly, and information may be incomplete or out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm the current details with the manufacturer or retailer before making a purchase.

If you believe something is incorrect, email hello@senseable.xyz with the article and details of the correction. We respond to every report.

4) Intellectual property

All articles, reviews, databases, and their classification structure are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and database rights.

You may read the site, link to it, and share short quotations with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions of the site, reproduce the database in whole or in part, or use our content to train machine-learning models without our written permission. Ask us at hello@senseable.xyz. We usually say yes.

Brand names, product names, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here solely for identification and editorial purposes. Their appearance does not imply their endorsement of us, or our endorsement of them.

5) User submissions

If you send us a tip, correction, feedback, testimonial, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, and publish it in connection with the site. You confirm that you have the right to send the material and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Please do not send us confidential information or personal health information. We do not want to receive it and cannot promise to keep it confidential.

Many product links on the site are affiliate links, meaning that we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Some articles are sponsored by a brand and clearly labelled as such at the top of the page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
