WHAT THEY MAKE

Honor is a Chinese consumer technology company that makes smartphones, smartwatches, fitness bands and connected devices. Its wearables track activity, workouts, sleep and health signals while providing notifications and phone controls. Available functions differ across the Watch and Band ranges.

How it works
Optical sensors shine light into the wrist and detect blood flow changes to estimate heart rate and blood oxygen. Motion sensors count steps, recognise activity and support sleep estimates, while satellite positioning on selected models records outdoor routes. The Honor Health app combines these signals into workout summaries, sleep stages, stress estimates and trends.

Key considerations
Models, sensors and health features vary by country, and some functions require a compatible Honor or Android phone. Wrist fit, movement, skin contact and temperature can affect readings.
