Wearable X is an American company known for Nadi X, connected yoga clothing with fabric electronics. The leggings contain sensing and vibration points at the hips, knees and ankles, and a removable module.
How it works
Motion sensors estimate leg and pelvis position during supported yoga poses. Software compares the movement with stored patterns. Small vibrating components then pulse to guide an adjustment, while an app provides instructions. The module powers feedback.
Key considerations
Clothing fit, body shape and sensor placement affect how accurately the system interprets a pose. Vibration indicates a programmed correction and cannot assess pain, joint stability, breathing or every variation. The module must be removed before washing and charged between sessions. Product availability and long term app support may vary. Nadi X supports practice and does not replace an experienced teacher, physiotherapist or clinical assessment.
