How it works
Textile electrodes in the shirt record a single channel electrocardiogram from the electrical signals controlling the heart. Stretch sensors around the chest and abdomen measure breathing movement, while a connected unit records acceleration and stores or transmits the data. Software calculates heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, activity and sleep related measures.
