How it works
Lights in the ring measure blood flow, while temperature and motion sensors track temperature and activity. Software estimates heart rate, sleep, recovery and stress. The glucose sensor has a fine filament under the skin. An enzyme reacts with glucose in tissue fluid and produces an electrical signal, creating a continuous graph of food and exercise responses.

Ring fit, cold hands and movement affect optical readings. Sleep and recovery scores are estimates. Glucose in tissue fluid can lag behind blood during changes, and each sensor is discarded after use. Glucose access, pricing and regulation vary by country.
