How it works
Pressure sensors measure the force and timing of pelvic floor contractions. Bluetooth sends the signal to games and exercise programmes with real time response. The second sensor on Care Plus detects pressure from abdominal movement, helping the software flag contractions performed poorly. Results track strength, endurance and consistency.

Key considerations
Correct insertion, orientation and technique are important for meaningful feedback. Pressure can come from nearby muscles, and an app cannot assess all pelvic floor problems. Pain, significant leakage, prolapse symptoms or recovery after surgery or childbirth may require professional care. The trainer must be cleaned and used as instructed.
