Clair Health is an American women’s health startup developing a jewellery styled wrist wearable for continuous hormone insights. The device is designed to track hormone related patterns alongside sleep, recovery, activity, heart rate and other everyday wellness measures without blood draws or urine tests.
How it works
A group of optical, temperature and movement sensors records signals such as heart rate, skin temperature, breathing and sleep. Machine learning models compare these patterns with hormonal data and estimate changes linked to estrogen, progesterone, luteinising hormone and follicle stimulating hormone. The app presents trends, cycle context and personalised explanations.
Key considerations
Clair does not directly measure hormone molecules in the blood. Its outputs are model based estimates drawn from other body signals. The product remains in beta testing, requires further independent validation and is expected to include a recurring app subscription.
